Abstract

Workforce development is a critical component of vocational education, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) can significantly enhance its effectiveness. This paper examines how AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics, can be used to optimize workforce development programs. By focusing on AI's role in predicting future job trends, identifying skill gaps, and recommending personalized learning paths, the paper proposes a model for AI-enhanced workforce development. Additionally, the study explores the potential of AI-powered platforms to connect learners with industry mentors and job opportunities, thereby improving employment outcomes for vocational education graduates.
