Abstract

Wearable devices have become a cornerstone in the collection of real-time health data, enabling continuous health monitoring and personalized care. This paper investigates the integration of AI and machine learning algorithms with wearable technology to enhance preventive healthcare. By analyzing data from sensors that monitor vital signs, activity levels, and environmental factors, AI can predict potential health risks and provide tailored recommendations for lifestyle adjustments. The paper discusses the potential for AI-powered wearables in chronic disease prevention, early detection, and the role of data privacy and security in ensuring patient trust.
